At Spaccio Mortadella Jazz you can breathe in the atmosphere of an old charcuterie shop, combined with that of a typical Paris bistro. A vineria that is out of time, to feel at home, in the historic centre of Conversano.
In this concept, Cinzia Siciliani is joined by Antonello Magistà, a refined maître, who enriched Spaccio's offering with wine tasting.

At Spaccio you can taste cold cuts and cheeses while sipping high quality wines: a Sancerre, champagne or Franciacorta. But the question you hear yourself asking is simply: "How do you like your drink?"

A delicatessen, first and foremost, where you can go shopping, purchasing exclusive products and specialities, national and international excellences that are neatly arranged on the shelves.
Catering and events
To celebrate an event or for a corporate aperitif, sandwiches, Italian and International cold cuts and cheeses, cut and sliced strictly at the moment and served on sheets of paper.
